A word from our owner, Michael

The story of our company

I started my career in the pest control services industry in 1994 at the age of 24. What intrigued me about the industry was working independently, working outdoors and a fascination with “bug biology.” I loved what I did. I was proud to help others and took the customer experience very seriously. When “bugs” invaded my customers’ houses, it was all out war with the determination to rid them of these unwanted pests. With relentless conviction (and learning all the way) and a passion for the business, I quickly became the best technician in a group of 12 older and more experienced technicians.

I was raised in a family where work ethic, honesty and “do it right the first time” was the only way. I quickly discovered that I had a tremendous opportunity in an industry where the combination of these personal traits rewarded me with success.

“Never let the quantity compromise the quality!”

– Michael

After my early success as a service technician, I realized that the passion I had for the pest control services industry would bring promotions from Service Technician to Service Manager to Branch Manager. Throughout this journey, I learned different aspects of the business. Ultimately though, I wanted more for myself.

Today that same drive, conviction and passion have unfolded into a dream that I had driving around in my pickup truck as a technician in 1994. That dream was to own my own pest control company. Today, the company, name and everything associated with it is mine. I can assure you as a valued customer, all my experience, drive, conviction and passion for the business is at work for you. When it comes to servicing my customers, good is not good enough. There has never been, nor will there ever be any time limits to helping a customer. Only the best materials, equipment, and technology are utilized.

Thank you for visiting my website. I look forward to helping you.
